Riding a bike on campus has suddenly become an inconvenience this semester for those who try to ride to Willard Building. Construction of what appears to be a handicapped ramp outside the Pollock Road entrance has pushed all the bike racks into a big clump, making it impossible for the racks to accommodate the dozens of riders that need a place to lock their bikes.
Worse, the construction began over the summer, but the ramp hasn't been touched since the semester began.
It would be so much more convenient if the racks were moved into an efficient pattern, and better yet, if one of Penn State's simpler construction projects would hurry up and get finished.
