Letter to the Editor
Black Caucus actions misguided, demanding

I am writing today about the column by Brian Blase. Brian has captured the feelings of many on campus, including myself.

Last semester, I wrote a letter to the Collegian calling the blue and white protest 'moronic.'

While moronic may have been overboard, my point was that the university went above and beyond with their dealing of the death threats, yet the Black Caucus still called for more action.

My question was "What more do they [the protesters] want?" I received many racist emails that twisted my words and were full of racist assumptions.

I was very disappointed by the replies, but still had not one definitive answer of what the Black Caucus felt was needed.

At the end of the semester it was clear to me the agenda that was being pushed was nothing but self-serving.

It's terrible that the village chose to paint Penn State as "Mississippi Burning" just to further their own cause. Where is the e-mail from William Asbury about embarrassing the university this time?
