Criminal Mischief: A resident of Stone Hall reported someone placed a bicycle atop the covered walkway between Stone Hall and Hastings Hall early Saturday morning, Penn State Police Services said.

The bicycle was recovered and is being held for safe keeping, police said.

Health and Safety: A resident assistant in Simmons Hall reported two males had rappelled from a fourth floor window Sunday night, Penn State police said.

Both students were apprehended in the area and identified, police said.
