Police Log

  • Arrest: A State College resident was arraigned Friday on charges of trademark counterfeiting, the State College Police Department said.

    The resident was allegedly selling counterfeit watches at the Nittany Antique Show, police said. Thee watches included Rolex, Movado, Tommy Hilfiger and Gucci brands among others, police said.

  • Criminal Mischief: A State College resident reported damage done to driveway lights early Friday morning, State College police said.

    Two driveway lights were knocked down and two pulled out on the 400 block of Scenery Drive, police said.

    The estimated damage was $300, police said.

  • Theft: A 2001 Subaru Legacy was reported stolen Thursday from a parking lot at 1800 E. Park Ave., State College police said.

    The vehicle was last seen at 1 p.m., police said. When the driver returned at 3 p.m. the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was paid for and it was not reported towed, police said.

  • Theft: A laptop computer was reported stolen Thursday from Stuart Hall, Penn State Police Services said.

    A student reported the theft of the laptop and other items from the room, police said. The estimated value of the items is $4,000, police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
