New stadium needs courteous employees
When the university decided to commit millions of dollars to refurbishing Beaver Stadium, it appeared the money was spent wisely. The stadium looks nice and it appears that the additions were well done. However, it appears that the commitment to customer satisfaction was not as high. Not only were the lines confusing outside the student section, the man who gave my roommate and me our tickets for our seats inside the stadium was rude. This stadium employee gave us two tickets that were not next to each other, then refused to exchange them for two tickets that were at least in the same row. This same man also protested when another group of students told him that he gave them one too few tickets. The performance on the field was not the only disappointment of the night. Hopefully for the Wisconsin game, there will be improvements by both the team and the stadium personnel.
