ARTS

The 35th annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts celebrated its top artists Saturday morning with an annual awards ceremony.


It was just another Saturday night. That is, except for the scores of state troopers hanging around "Beaver Canyon."

Each year, thousands of artists from across the nation send in slides of their work in an effort to gain a booth for the annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts. Some try for years to no avail.
