A woman reported she was sexually harassed in her residence on the 400 block of Waupelani Drive Friday night, the State College Police Department said .
The woman, 35, told State College police that a man knocked on her door the previous Friday between 9 and 10 p.m.
She described the man as black, 5'5", 110-130 pounds and in his 20s, State College police said. He also had a tattoo of a cross within a circle on his left arm.
The woman opened her door and asked the intoxicated man who he was, State College police said. The man told her that his name was "Moulie", that he liked her and then he kissed her, State College police said.
The woman tried to push him off but the man blocked the doorway and continued kissing her. The woman shoved him off and he left, State College police said.
The following Friday, the woman told police her doorbell rang numerous times and there was knocking around the same time as the previous week. She believed the person to be the same man, but never opened the door to check, State College police said.
The woman called the State College police, who searched her building. No one suspicious was found.
