A Penn State student died Monday night at Centre Community Hospital of bacterial meningitis, health officials said yesterday.

A 45-year-old man allegedly killed his estranged wife and her boyfriend early yesterday at her Lemont residence before starting several fires inside the home and killing himself, Pennsylvania State Police said.
