The enhanced CAT is here. Students looking to do a little extra or necessary research in the library will find that the CAT, Penn State's online catalog system, changed on May 23.

Hooters, a chain of restaurants, which specializes in hot wings and busty waitresses, is back in State College and set to open in early fall.

Four years after bringing his massively popular country style to State College, John Michael Montgomery is coming back.

"Budd Thalman is one of the best, if not the best, in his field," Paterno said. "He has been an important part of our growth and helping Penn State gain national exposure."

The event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the 100 block of South Allen Street.

The award, for excellence in writing, is based on a sample from Your Voice/Your Choice, last year's issues-oriented election project. Deutschman's entry "demonstrates excellence in writing that conveys the feeling and significance of events to the listener," the RTNDA said. WPSU-FM is in the region that includes stations from New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
