The State College police said the woman reported her vehicle was bumped from behind while she was stopped at a traffic light on North Atherton Street. The woman told police the car had pulled along side of her, asking her to pull over. The two cars proceeded into the Nittany Lion Inn parking lot on Park Avenue. Once in the parking lot, the suspect approached the victim and told her that he intentionally bumped into her vehicle, police said, adding that the suspect then reached into the victim's vehicle and tried to kiss her. The woman bit the man's lower lip in response.
The suspect then ran back to his car and fled heading south on Atherton Street, police said.
The victim provided police with a description of the man. According to the description, the suspect is a white male in his late 30s, 5'10" tall, medium build and has light blue or green eyes. He is described as wearing a white polo-type shirt, a brown belt with a gold buckle, blue jeans, brown boots and a gold wedding band.
The man may also have a visible bite mark on his lower lip and may also wear glasses. The suspect is described as driving a blue two-door sedan with a Pennsylvania license plate.
