A letter written by Vice President for Student Affairs Bill Asbury was scheduled to arrive today by e-mail to every student at University Park.

In the midst of confusion, the State College Borough Council voted at first to approve Penn State University's plan to connect Curtin Road and White Course Drive and send it to the Borough Engineer, but then re-voted 4-3 to table the matter until its meeting April 20.

As the majority of Penn State students prepare to return home for summer break, the assignment office and residence life are busy preparing for those who stay at Penn State for the summer session.

The Ruggers knew they needed to play a challenging team to prepare for the Sweet Sixteens this weekend, and their wish came true in the form of the New York Athletic Club men's team.

The Penn State men's outdoor track and field team was led again to victory this weekend by junior Ryan Olkowski at the U.S. Coaches Series meet Saturday at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.
