A team of black state legislators and their assistants spent yesterday in a whirlwind of meetings with Penn State students, faculty and administrators, part of a fact-finding mission about campus racism.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is tracking a fungal disease that affected several students, including some from Penn State, who went to Acapulco, Mexico, for spring break.

Because of the recent troubles that some students have encountered with off-campus disturbances, Legal Affairs, a branch of the Undergraduate Student Government Executive Department, intends to gear up for the students that have become entangled in some of these problems.

Sometimes there are smaller minority groups within a minority group. Sometimes members of these groups can only fulfill their needs by sharing their stories with those who have had similar experiences.

Some faculty and graduate students might see more research opportunities due to increased funding for defense research.

The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation has provided a grant of $250,000 to continue to support the Penn State College of Communications' Knight Diversity Scholars Program.

A whimsical venture into 18th century England will entrance and entertain audiences in the School of Theatre's final Spring Semester production, The Basset Table.

I actually liked Blow for the first hour and fifteen minutes of the film. Then, suddenly, the story got old, Johnny Depp got uglier and Penelope Cruz turned trashy.

New century, new album and Aerosmith's Just Push Play still pulsates testosterone.
