The two men accused of vandalizing more than 30 vehicles in Lot 83 North waived their preliminary hearings yesterday in Centre County Court.

Jeremy Claar, 21, of Alexandria, Pa., and Derek Otter, 19, of Mill Creek, Pa., were both charged with theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, institutional vandalism, arson and criminal conspiracy. According to police documents, a total of $11,386 worth of property was stolen and $13,452 worth of damage was done to the vehicles.

The men will have their pre-trial conferences May 22.
