Two Penn State students who are accused of participating in the March 24 disturbance in Beaver Canyon were bound over on all charges yesterday at their preliminary hearings.

Randall Bosler, 21, was charged with failure to disperse and disorderly conduct, while Andrew Sedler, 22, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Both men are scheduled to have pre-trial conferences May 22.
