Hard to take us seriously after behavior at the riot
I am so sick of listening to whiny people complaning about the fact that students are not taken seriously by adults, townspeople, etc. How do you expect to be taken seriously when your university's greatest "achievements" consist of how many riots there were in a given year? No wonder most of the townies can't stand us look what we do to their home! The behavior of students here as grown increasingly out of hand, to the point of being ridiculous. And for those of you upset at the officers' "threatening display of force," maybe you'll think twice about gathering with hundreds and even thousands of other people in the canyon from now on. After the previous riots, do you really think they're going to take anymore crap from us? Sure, I think spraying innocent people with mace sucks too, but I understand where the cops are coming from. And to all those arrested and soon-to-be arrested for Friday's "festivities": Good luck trying to graduate and get a decent job. I hope this was worth all the trouble you're going to be encountering in the near future. You deserve what you get.
