  • Criminal Mischief: Penn State student Daniel Sparvero, 26, was charged with criminal trespassing, defiant trespassing, drug charges and harassment Friday after he entered his ex-girlfriend's apartment on the 200 block of South Barnard Street at about 3 a.m., said the State College Police Department.

Sparvero was looking through the woman's window and climbed through it into her living room after seeing her with someone else, State College police said.

Police were called to the scene after Sparvero was asked repeatedly to leave. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of cocaine, State College police said.

Sparvero was arraigned by District Magistrate Ron Horner and released on $2,500 unsecured bail, State College police said.
