Christian artists to grace the Bryce Jordan Center

By tight abdominals, good looks and ultimately the Holy Spirit, Dominic Licciardello, better known as Carman, will be returning to The Bryce Jordan Center for a free performance.

For those who don't know, free-weights aren't the only thing Contemporary Christian artist Carman has been lifting. As part of his Heart of A Champion World Tour, Carman has had to spend time pumping spiritual and physical iron. Fans should expect a polished, well-rounded performance with heartening familial appeal. The tour, which combines danceable narratives and biblical references, is sponsored by Feed The Children and will feature special guest ZOEgirl and Russ Lee. This will be Carman's third time visiting the Center. The performance will take place at 7 p.m. Monday.

With joy resounding, Bill Gaither will follow Carman's lead at the center this summer. While Carman received enlightenment at an Andrae Crouch concert early on, it was Gaither who took note of his artistic genius. Gaither, a Grammy-Award-winning gospel singer, along with his Vocal Band relishes a down-home good time. Gospel fans should look forward to listening to his southern friends perform alongside. The Gaither Homecoming Concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. June 8. Tickets are currently on sale at the center.

For ticket information call the center ticket office at (814)863-1571.
