PSU discourages speech that enhances learning

Recently I have become more and more disappointed with the lack of free speech support from Penn State. I would not recommend Penn State to any high school student interested in learning here; the administration seems not to be committed to providing an atmosphere conducive to the exchange of ideas. I suggest the Penn State Allies hold their Safer Sex Cabaret in one of those dumb "registered protest areas" on an afternoon during classes, maybe with some outside media attention, to protest the university's censorship.
