Disorderly Conduct: A man was cited for inappropriate conduct Sunday after antagonizing a rottweiler, State College Police said.
The man approached a dog in the back of a truck and continued to harass the dog with barking noises.
The owner of the vehicle confronted the man and punched him after he refused to stop, police said.
When police arrived on the scene the man acknowledged he was out of line, police said.

Theft: A Penn State visitor reported his vehicle was stolen from outside Nittany Hall on Saturday, Penn State Police Services said.
The car's estimated value is $2,000.

Theft: A staff member reported the theft of hockey equipment from the Greensburg Ice Rink, Penn State police said.
The value of the stolen equipment is $300.
