West Campus expansion plans are pushing the Centre Area Transportation Authority to explore new sites for the North Atherton Street bus terminal.

Twenty-five cars were broken into and one car was set on fire yesterday in Parking Lot 83 North, Penn State Police Services said.

In a civil suit proceeding that took place yesterday, Judge Charles Brown ruled that a term limitation referendum voted on in 1999 does not affect State College Borough Council President Janet Knauer's ability to run in the 2001 general election.
