Fraud: A State College man told police yesterday he sent $426 to an Internet company for a computer, which he has yet to receive, the State College Police Department said.
Health and Safety: A coordinator in Holmes Hall reported that a student received a package in the mail yesterday which was soaked in diesel fuel, Penn State Police Services said.
Theft: Kaufmann's Department Store, 2901 E. College Ave, reported yesterday afternoon about $440 worth of stolen merchandise, State College police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.
