Penn State student Dorence Yombie Caulker was arraigned yesterday by District Justice Carmine Prestia on child sex abuse charges.

State College Police said that in late October, Caulker negotiated the purchase of a child pornography video from Pennsylvania Attorney General Special Agent Dennis Guzy via the Internet. Police found the video in a federally warranted search of Caulker's apartment in December when the video was delivered. On February 21 Guzy advised Caulker that state charges, rather than federal charges, would be filed against him.
