Criminal Mischief: The State College Police Department is investigating a series of incidents in which two-liter plastic bottles or one-gallon milk jugs filled with frozen water are being thrown from a balcony in the 400 block of East Beaver Avenue. There has been a minimum of four incidents since February. No injuries have been reported, but the items have caused property damage. The State College Police Department is asking anyone with information to contact them at 234-7150.

Criminal Mischief: Unknown persons removed several money bags containing more than $1,000 from a State Amusement Van parked in the 100 block of Heister Street, the State College Police Department said. The driver of the van was not in the vehicle at the time of the theft.

Terroristic Threats: A 13-year-old-male attending Mount Nittany Middle School made threats Monday to a school staff member about "killing a school teacher and burning or bombing the school building," State College police said. The boy was taken into custody yesterday and is being held at Central Counties Youth Detention Center in Bellefonte, police said.

Theft: An Office of the Physical Plant employee reported Monday someone entered a secured area of the Physical Plant Building and stole electronic equipment valued at $2,400, Penn State Police Services said. The theft occurred between March 6 and Monday.
