Penn State's Smeal College of Business Administration is offering two courses in real estate, with one of the classes starting tonight.

Real Estate 5016: Real Estate Fundamentals will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, from March 13 to April 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. The final exam for this course will be given on April 17.

Real Estate 5017: Real Estate Practice will meet Saturdays and Sundays, from April 21 to April 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The final exam for this course will be given May 1.

Both classes will meet in 138 Henderson Building South and will be taught by Carl Raup. These classes are designed for students interested in real estate as a profession or specific areas of the field. The courses are appropriate for homebuyers and sellers, investors and property managers, as well as salespersons or brokers.
