A State College man is accused of aiming a gun at another driver during an argument over a traffic violation, the Pennsylvania State Police Department said.
Jeffrey L. Goss, 42, is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.
According to police, Goss confronted a man who had passed him in a "No Passing Zone" on Route 550. The men pulled over into a local repair shop's parking lot and Goss made his way toward the man, armed with a .44 magnum revolver.
The police remind motorists not to personally confront aggressive drivers and to instead report the incident to police.
