The two men charged in the weekend rape of a Penn State student were bound over on all charges at their preliminary hearing yesterday.
Joshua DeNapoli and Kevin Root are accused of raping a woman at a Vairo Boulevard apartment in the early morning Saturday.
DeNapoli, a Penn State employee, was charged with rape and sexual assault.
However, at the hearing, two additional charges of aggravated indecent assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse were added.
Root, DeNapoli's cousin visiting from Ohio, was charged with rape, sexual assault, aggravated assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
The men are scheduled to have a pre-trial conference in April.
