Burglary: A resident reported Monday evening that an unknown person had entered her apartment in the Graduate Circle Apartments sometime between noon and 5 p.m., Penn State Police Services said.

The resident said some items had been rummaged through and were out of place. Investigation is still underway, police said.

Criminal Mischief: A West Halls resident assistant reported a Hamilton Hall resident shooting a pellet-type gun from his second floor room window Monday night, Penn State police said.

The pellets struck State College Borough property, police said.
