Police Log

  • Arrest: A 21-year-old man was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday for public drunkenness and harassment, the State College Police Department said. Brian Dague was looking for a fight and pushing people on the 300 block of East Calder Way, police said. He was arraigned at District Justice Carmine Prestia's office and was being held yesterday in lieu of $645 bail, police said.

  • Criminal Trespass: A resident coordinator reported an unidentified male entered two unsecured rooms in Hiester Hall on Feb. 9, Penn State Police Services said. Women occupied both rooms. Neither female recognized the man and when each told him to get out he left, police said. Police do not know if the same man was involved in both trespasses.

  • Theft: A visitor reported a musical instrument valued at $800 missing from the Willard Building, Penn State police said. The instrument taken between 9:30 p.m. Feb. 6 and 5:00 p.m. Feb. 7, police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
