This weekend was the most amazing emotional roller coaster of my life. I went from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows and back again, all in a 48-hour stretch, and during that time, only one thing remained constant. It was the determination of everyone on the morale team at Thon.

These people selflessly gave everything they had, sacrificing sleep, health and a normal weekend just to keep the Thon dancers on their feet.

Everyone is well aware of the "No sitting, no sleeping, no kidding" slogan that the dancers live by, but few actually realize that the morale team basically follows the same motto.

By taking four hours on and four hours off shifts the whole weekend, sleep is basically impossible, and sitting isn't much of an option either. The morale team and every other committee that worked to keep us dancing are the true unsung heroes of Thon. This is a letter of sincere appreciation to everyone who gave everything they had to keep us going. You are the true angels of this weekend.
