Pop music fans and metal lovers take note: The Bryce Jordan Center has announced two April performances that may whet your radically different appetites.
Popular boy-band 98 Degrees, with special guests Baha Men, Dream and Debelah Morgan, will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. April 7. Wristbands for those purchasing tickets at the center will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Priced at $32.50 and $27.50 for reserved seating, tickets go on sale at 12 p.m. Saturday at the center, Eisenhower Auditorium, selected Uni-Mart ticket outlets and Commonwealth Campus ticket outlets. Tickets may also be charged by phone at (800) 863-3336 or (814) 865-5555 or on the Internet at www.bjc.psu.edu.
One week later, alternative metal group Godsmack will storm the center at 7:30 p.m. April 14. Joining the band will be Staind, Cold and Systematic. On sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, tickets for this performance cost $27.50 for general admission floor and reserved seating and can be acquired through the same methods as those for the 98 Degrees concert.
