Valentine's Day helps us tell the important people in our lives just how special they are. Maybe the promise of warm weather has helped spark a new romance, or maybe a comple has been in love for months, but somehow Valentine's Day seems to give even the most timid admirers that extra bit of inspiration to say 'I love you' to a person who has captured their heart.
