Nine vehicles parked on the 200 and 300 block of Toftrees Avenue were broken into Sunday night and had at least $4,000 worth of items stolen, the Patton Township Police Department said.
Det. John Petrick said one of the nine vehicles was unlocked while the rest of the vehicles were forcefully entered, causing them to sustain extensive damage. Some of the items taken included car stereos, cell phones, a purse and about 250 CDs. Petrick said students owned most of the vehicles.
Patton Township police ask anyone with information regarding the break-ins to contact Det. John Petrick at 234-0273 or (800)-479-0050.
