The pretrial conference begins today for the 21-year-old Penn State student accused of indecently assaulting six female students in September.
Hung Truong is accused of assaulting six women in their dorm rooms in Snyder Hall on Sept. 10. During his preliminary hearing Sept. 20, Truong was ordered to stand trial for numerous counts, including aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, harassment, criminal trespass and burglary.
The conference was originally scheduled for Jan. 25, however Truong's attorney, Joseph Amendola, needed more time to prepare the case.
Truong was suspended from Penn State following his arrest and is currently residing in Harrisburg. Because he is not an American citizen, Truong could face deportation.
