Theft: A State College resident reported Wednesday the theft of several CDs, a marksmanship target, a target scope and a MP3 player from his unlocked car parked on Fox Hollow Road at Big Hollow Road, the State College Police Department said. The estimated value of the stolen items is $560.

Theft: A Penn State student reported Wednesday the theft of a leather coat and cell phone from the bus station at 101 N. Atherton St., State College police said. The victim later reported to Penn State Police Services that he saw someone wearing his stolen coat on campus, Penn State Police said. The value of the stolen goods is not known.
