Managing, Leading and Building Relationships for Outreach and Cooperative Extension, the third course in Penn State's Outreach and Professional Development series, will take place from March 22 to 24 and from April 26 to 28 at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel.

Those attending the conference will participate in a team-oriented learning approach designed to teach concepts, theories, techniques and models for managing, leading and building relationships for Outreach efforts.
