James Ostrow, director of Academic Affairs and associate professor of sociology at Penn State Fayette, was recently named the Penn Stater of the Quarter.

Prior to working at the campus, Ostrow held the position of associate director/principal evaluator of the Bentley Service Learning Center where he eventually went on to serve as director of the program.

Ostrow initiated the innovative and highly successful service learning program currently in operation at Penn State Fayette.
