Arrest: Additional charges were filed against Penn State student Alex Wiker for violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, Penn State Police Services said.

Wiker was charged with two counts of intent to deliver for allegedly selling 20 hits of LSD to an undercover police officer. He also was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of drug parapharnalia and one count of underage possession of alcoholic beverages, Penn State Police said.

Wiker was arraigned before District Justice Carmine Prestia. He was released on the $25,000 he previously paid for his original charges.
