Penn State student Alexander H. Wiker, 18, was arrested Thursday and charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances and criminal use of a communication facility.
The offenses occurred at Simmons Hall, where Wiker sold various types of drugs, such as marijuana, ecstasy and LSD to an undercover officer, said Penn State Police Services. The deals all occurred between September of last year and this January in Simmons Hall.
Wiker was arraigned Thursday in front of District Justice Carmine Prestia and was released on $25,000 bail. Wiker's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 31.
