Letter to the Editor
MTV's programming lacks relevance to music videos

I applaud Chris Bolla's column with regards to MTV, or lack thereof.

There are many times I click to that station to see shows that have no relevance to a music video. Take, for instance, the show Jackass.

Funny indeed to see someone zap himself with a taser or sit in a shopping cart and roll down steps, but this show belongs on Comedy Central.

Then we have Road Rules. I'm not sure what this show is really about, but I know that a bunch of young adults pack a winnebego and trek off to (destination).

I think MTV can place this show onto the Discovery Channel. Finally, we have this new show Undressed. I haven't watched much of this show, but all I know is that the members of the cast enjoy hooking up with one another. I can't see how this show ends up on MTV and not Playboy.
