As the harsh winter months approach, State College and Penn State are prepared to deal with the icy roads and snow-filled sidewalks.
Today marks the beginning of the 4699th year in the lunar calendar, the year of the snake. Festivities for the year of "the snake sleeping in winter" will continue for fifteen days, focusing on family and friends, food and long-standing traditions.
