Highlight
An earthquake registering 2.4 on the
Richter Scale rattled New York City yesterday morning.
The quake was even felt 13 miles away in Newark, NJ. No
injures or damages were reported, and it lasted only a
few seconds. One resident on the Upper East Side
described the earthquake as a boom followed by a slight
shaking.
