Theft: A Parkway Plaza employee reported yesterday morning that an unknown individual took a personal check and a money order made out to Parkway Plaza sometime between Jan. 13 and 15 from the Parkway Plaza office, 1000 Plaza Drive, the State College Police Dept. said.

The check and money order are valued at about $1,700, State College police said.
