Theft: Someone broke into the rear window of a vehicle parked on the 700 block of Whitehall Rd. Monday night, stealing 70 CDs, the State College Police Department said. The theft occurred sometime between 7 p.m. Monday and 8:45 a.m. yesterday. The damaged window and stolen CDs are valued at $865.
