Police Log

  • Theft: The president of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity, 322 Fraternity Row, reported the theft of various electronics with an estimated value of over $5,000, the State College Police Department said. The stolen goods include a computer monitor, various pieces of stereo equipment and a DVD player. The theft occurred sometime between Dec. 21 and Friday, and there was no sign of forced entry into the fraternity, police said.

  • Theft: A woman reported Sunday the theft of her skis at Tussey Mountain Ski Area, State College police said. The woman left her skis in a secured locker on Dec. 31. She discovered Saturday the skis were missing and found the combination lock broken on the floor. The value of the skis is $740, police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
