Since an e-mail was sent out warning against illegal Napster usage nearly three months ago, Napster use has decreased, which pleases university officials.

Last night, the Interfraternity Council held its third annual holiday lighting contest, bringing several prominent State College citizens out to wander for hours in the snow.

Matthew R. Klinger, 18, was charged Wednesday night with sending a bomb threat message via computer to the Mount Nittany Middle School last week.

At the end of their first semester, leaders of the Undergraduate Student Government are leaving, for the most part, pleased with their progress on a number of issues.

Today is finally the last day of classes. But students with finals on Monday may not get too long of a break.

Now a world-renowned Holocaust historian, Raul Hilberg will be receiving an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters at the undergraduate fall commencement ceremonies on Dec. 16.

The first graduating class of the Schreyer Honors College will leave Penn State with an armory of knowledge and experiences.

The seventh annual First Night State College will take place throughout the borough and the Penn State campus from Dec. 30 to Jan. 1.
