Police Log

  • Attempted Criminal Trespass: Someone tried to enter two rooms in Ritner Hall around 8:20 a.m. Friday, Penn State Police Services said. One of the rooms was unlocked. The unlocked door was pushed open, but the room was not entered.

  • Indecent Exposure: A naked man was reported wandering in Mifflin Hall early Saturday morning, Penn State Police said. The incident occurred at 2:13 a.m. Saturday. Police were unable to locate the man.

  • Theft: A visitor's purse was stolen from the gym at the Intramural Building Sunday afternoon, Penn State Police said. The value is estimated at $550.

  • Theft: An autographed baseball bat was stolen Sunday morning from Sports Card Plus, 2900 E. College Ave., in the Nittany Mall, State College Police said. The bat, which was signed by Ken Griffey Jr. and Alex Rodriguez, is valued at $495.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
