After a hard week of juggling various activities, many students may find themselves in need of some entertainment to divert their attention.
Students will have at least one alternative to watching television. At 7 p.m. tomorrow in Heritage Hall, Black Caucus will host a concert, Expressions: Voices for the Voiceless.
The theme of the event is to honor the struggles made in the spirit of freedom, especially in relation to human, cultural and constitutional rights. Black Caucus hopes the concert will enhance the cultural awareness of the community.
The event will include showcasing the talents of many local artists and musical groups and also will feature voter registration booths to encourage students to vote and inform them about candidates for the upcoming election in November.
