Arson: An unidentified individual set fire to an abandoned fraternity house Wednesday night at 500 S. Allen St. One room on the northeast side of the building was set on fire, the State College Police Department said.

The incident is under investigation.
Theft: A staff member reported Wednesday the theft of a video/data projector and two wireless microphones sometime Tuesday evening. The items were taken from two rooms located at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, Penn State Police Services said.

The estimated value of the items is $6,300.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
