In one of their first official actions, the 2000-2001 Undergraduate Student Government Senators elected Mike Fazio (sophomore-political science) to the position of senate president.

    In the days following the NFL Draft, several Penn State football players signed NFL contracts as free agents for the upcoming season.

    Alon Eizenman did not do much wrong last season. The junior on the Penn State men's ice hockey team tried to do whatever he could to lead the Icers to a national championship.
