'Center Stage' viewing to be held in HUB Auditorium

Penn State Network Event Theater will have a free advance screening of Columbia Pictures' Center Stage at 9 p.m. today in the HUB Auditorium.

Center Stage is a drama that follows the hopes and dreams of a tight-knit group of young dance students as they try to make a name for themselves and become stars in the competitive world of professional dance.

The movie, directed by Nicholas Hytner, stars Peter Gallagher, Ethan Stiefel, Amanda Schull, Donna Murphy, Susan May Pratt and Zoe Saldana.

Tickets for tonight's show will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the HUB information desk. A maximum of two tickets will be given to each student with a Penn State ID.

Doors open at 8:30 p.m. Promoters advise students to arrive early because tickets do not guarantee a seat.
